Touring agreement

To tour homes with me, Louisiana law requires a signed Buyer Broker Agreement. This agreement can be short-term and will only apply to the tour period, so you are not obligated or locked into a long-term commitment. This agreement allows me to legally show you properties, and we can tour for as little time as 1 day / 24 hours. If we decide to continue working together later, we can sign a longer agreement at that time.
