Lease Preparation & Execution
A legally compliant lease, drafted for your property, coordinated digitally with every document completed.
Move-In Coordination
First month's rent and deposit collected. You receive a move-in report, tenant contacts, and all funds and final documents.
Before We Begin
Here's What's Required
Rent, deposit, pet policy, utility & lawn care allocation, late fee structure, and lease enforcement policies.
Clean, safe, and move-in ready for prospective tenants.
Provide keys, codes, and showing instructions.
Owner reviews qualified applications for final approval, with timely communication when decisions are needed.
Not required, but strongly recommended for property protection.
Banking details for tenant deposits, and a W-9 on file for year-end tax reporting.
