Here's How It Goes
We start with a call. I introduce myself as your buyer's agent and learn your timeline, what you're looking for in a home, and how the move needs to fit around work and family.
We get specific about your must-haves. Budget, beds and baths, the feel of the neighborhood, commute, schools, parking, outdoor space. I turn that into a clear set of search criteria so every home I bring you actually fits your life.
We tour the homes worth your time, and I give you honest feedback on each one. If you can't be there in person, I walk the property on live video and send detailed notes.
We map the path end to end, from financing and offers to inspections and closing, plus the New Orleans pieces like flood zones, insurance, and taxes, so nothing surprises you later.
By then you're usually ready to move forward. I hammer out the details and put a clean, strong offer in front of the listing agent.
